Did you know we also use our polyurethane to fill voids below homes and concrete?
In today’s #FoundationRepair #TipOfTheDay Brian discusses how we utilize polyurethane foam to fill voids. Void fill is often used in conjunction with our piering systems after lifting a structure. When a home or building is lifted, a void is created between the soil and the bottom of the concrete slab. We introduce the polyurethane into any cavities in order to resupport the slab and even level out any interior slab areas that weren’t leveled during the lifting process.
Remember, you always want to do a void fill of some kind after lifting a structure because you want to make sure the slab is being supported throughout and not just around its perimeter!
